Electrify Expo

Electrify Expo produces the largest electric vehicle festival in North America. Maranta Marketing managed $20k in Google and YouTube ad campaigns for the 3-day festival in Long Beach.

Over the course of two months, we generated 45,000 landing page views with a 127% increase in click-through-rate YOY.

The Campaign

We created Google search, display and video campaigns with the objective of maximizing page views and generating as much interest as possible for the festival. A typically late-buying crowd meant we needed to focus on top and middle of funnel to make potential customers aware of the festival, then work on converting ticket sales the day and week of the event.

We targeted 4 main groups:

  • People interested in electric cars & SUV’s

  • People interested in electric motorcycles, bikes, skateboards and other micromobility options

  • People interested in sustainability, green living and EV tech

  • People looking for upcoming events in the Long Beach area

Electrify Expo Display Ad

To drive traffic farther down the funnel, we created display and video campaigns retargeting website visitors and social media followers with a 15% off discount code.
